Came in to get a service job, change oil,etc. Asked them to check fuse on cigarette lighter, waited 3hours!!!! Then Heidi says they were to busy to check fuse!!! When I got home I checked fuse, oil on fuse box cover!! Now... how hard is it to take cover off and check fuse??? They were right there!!!!! Evidently they didn’t have time to take a rag to clean oil spill up either!!! Very,very unhappy with the people and service! Didn’t have an extra 10 minutes to check fuse!!! After 3hours!!!
