Blain was great . The wait for an oil change and tire rotation was excessive . It was 2.5 hours . The issue I had with the stabilitrak could not be addressed because it would not possible be worked on until Monday and a loaner was not available . None of which was Blain’s fault . I just feel it was a waste of my time this morning and now I had to make a follow up appointment .
