Was told my total for my drive belt would be $120 inclusive of taxes, parts & labor. I went to puck up my car and he had inflated the total to $155. I asked him to please honor the total he had given me. His response: “Well, I don’t think I had given you a firm total”. I only asked him three times before bringing my car down.
He had given me the total three times. Bait & switch. He told me he would give me $35 off my next oil change which only helps him to inflate his total sales. Nit me. I would appreciate a follow up. Thx
