Blaine is very detailed in his work. I used to go to Van where I bought my truck. Advisor no longer works there. I was lucky to find Blaine. I'm very happy with all the work he has done for me on my Camaro amd Tahoe.

Joe Stendt is always a first rate service representative. The issue is and has been your unsafe and dangerous customer environment. Employees and customers should be REQUIRED to wear masks. The pandemic is at it’s worst level ever in AZ right now. Yet both Haney Brown employees and customers were maskless and not distanced. Disappointing and irresponsible.

No communication or contact after leaving messages for several days. Finally received a return call after advising I was contacting General Motors that was 2 days after vehicle was towed in.
Picked up vehicle and has notifications on display screen when inquired about them, response was that was not what it was brought in for. It’s a brand new vehicle! When it was TOWED in, it was because of electrical issues NOTHING WAS WORKING AT ALL! If you have a display message regarding blind zones and warnings is that not electrical? Quality and control service needs serious help.
