They broke one of my lug nuts and failed to replace it with a new one, even though, they had it in stock. They failed to tell the person who took my information , and the one who greeted me. I had to find out on my own about it. They should‘be replaced it before giving my car back to me. I should have my original parts back if they break something. You can’t just put anything else to cover what you broke. They failed me with this. The folks at the counter, were very helpful to me. So, I was not happy with this, and I had to come back and wait again to get them to replace the bad lug nut with a new one that they had in stock.

We planned on leaving town on Monday morning. We were going to do some shopping on Sunday. The car battery was dead. I charged it and it started but I didn't want to drive out of town with the battery having problems.
