Originally set for tire rotation oil change and electrical problem (12/11appt) drop in the morning pick up in the afternoon. Arrived I was informed “no way it’ll be done today” so it was reset for 12/18 with a “loner” vehicle. Was informed that evening that it was done. Picked it up Saturday morning noticed the tires were not rotated (Blaine was not in when I picked it up) I asked about the failure to rotate the tires the only answer I got was “I don’t know why and we’re sorry) THEN I drove off and noticed the oil level was still 26%! Called spoke to a very kind lady pulled up the original (12/11) order and she said they must not have “worked off of the original work order” taking it in too@7:20 they hope to have me in and out in an hour. You read this and tell me about how you think “customer service” looks at this point...it’s a 40 min ride to the dealership, tomorrow will be my 3rd round trip=220 minutes of my time (at a minimum) but I get it...my time don’t matter

Checking in was perfect. When I went to leave my car was not in the service area. I asked where my car was. A gentlemen pointed to the parking lot and kept walking back to the building. There were similar vehicles to mine. I literally went to the wrong car. The only way to tell the difference was to look at the license plates before trying to unlock the door. It was a little embarrassing.
