Mike is the best service advisor I've ever had for my 1998 Chevy Venture....I trust his opinion. He makes sure issues are resolved. He follows up with any information I might need preventatively. He's a One Of A Kind and I appreciate being able to work with him since 2006 at Brown and Brown then following him to HB GMC.
I hope you all appreciate him as much as I do.
OFF THE SUBJECT A BIT. WHY ARE YOU TEXTING THOSE RIDICULOUS AUTOMATED TEXTS AND LIST THAT THEY ARE COMING FROM MIKE. They are NOT from Mike. He wouldn't say the things you put in those texts. They are patronizing and false, since THEY DON"T COME FROM YOUR SERVICE ADVISORS. I will call to complaint about this further or please have someone who handles this ridiculousness to call me

Truck now pulls to the right instead of the left. The drivers seat cushion is still not manufactured correctly. The trailer light connector is still loose and the display and dash lights still go dark..:-(
