My experience was excellent except for the final delivery of my truck. First and foremost, Heidi Burns was outstanding as my Service Rep. Knowledgable and professional, she is a true asset to your organization. My only knock with my experience was that I brought a clean and detailed vehicle in for service and did not recieve such on delivery. I fully realize that attention to detail does not have a great importance for everyone. That said, if more attention were paid to the cosmetic condition of a vehicle rather than just the mechanical, I feel that would help in the overall experience.

Henry Brown GMC is one one the finest dealerships left in the valley. They are always professional and thorough. They not only have a pleasant sales staff their technicians are some of the finest around. They always keep my Denali Crew Cab running its best. Heidi Burns always gets my truck fixed in a timely manner and she always seem to come in below her estimate. Once I was on a trip with my daughter and we broke down in a wheat field in the middle of Texas. After a couple of phone calls to Heidi in service she was able to get me on the road.
