Air filter box not secured I found screws inside hood jamb and now missing one. Lack of quality and supervision. Not the first time this shop has done shoddy work.... it’s sad that little things slip through the cracks at service center at HB but more importantly management doesn’t care to fix these problems. I know several former customers that will not take vehicles back due to poor service.
