To start, my car was there over a month ago for tps sensor and issue with back hatch. Lou helped me then as well. He said he was going to have all tps sensors checked. Almost a month later I got a text for an invoice saying my car was done. I was upset because he had never communicated about repairs or costs. As a result, mngmt waived the charge. Picked up the car and 2 days later tps light on again. Also. He said he couldn't get the hatch to act up so nothing was done and it's still acting up. This tells me he didn't check all sensors like he said he would. In addition, he was very short with me clearly upset I complained about him not communicating any repairs/charges. Fast forward to this most recent time. He was so incredibly rude and short to the point that I spoke to another service guy, Chris about how rude he was. I will never deal with Lou again. How small of him to treat me a certain way because I voiced my concerns. He most definitely should've reached out about repairs and costs prior to making then. It's not my fault he didn't and probably KY got spoken to as a result yet he took it out on my woth his lack of service and borderline rudeness. Maybe do your job and therewouldnt have been an issue.

Enjoyed working with my service advisor Raul. Professional and good communication skills. Techinican fixed vehicle correctly and in a timely manner. Free car wash coupon and service discount coupon helped ease the pain of a $3000 bill. However the technician left black grease stains on the driver side interior door.
