The AC was recently evaluated to poor performance. Our client svc rep informed us that the tech only looked at the electrical ($69 charge). We returned yesterday with ongoing AC issues. After an evaluation, we were informed that there was a leak and the filter was completely blocked. It’s not clear to us, if they evaluated the AC during the first visit, why wasn’t it resolved the first time. Our guess, they didn’t even look at it. If we are going to Pay to have our AC evaluated, we expect the whole system to be looked at not just electrical. The customer Svc rep (Shane) tried to talk me out of my concerns....disappointing visit.

Heidi is always great and provides wonderful service. I drive from North Scottsdale to have my car serviced at Henry Brown because of Heidi. However, when Covid hit I had not gone hardly anywhere due to vulnerable individuals at home. While Heidi wore her mask, I was disappointed to see so many other staff working at Henry Brown without masks on... at least 25% of the staff did not wear them... it made me quite uncomfortable.
