Raul is the best. He has been fantastic to talk to to ask questions about very non-lknowledgeable. We did have trouble with one of our oil changes we did get a refund because I had to throw a fit. So I hope it does not happen with this oil change.

Mr. Richey was incredibly helpful and kind. His co workers were not. When picking up my vehicle, 2 different serviceman behind their desks seemed not just annoyed but practically offended when I stated I was there for pickup. They We’re rude for no reason. No hello. No how may I help you. No yes sir or thank you sir. Had Mr. Richey not noticed me speaking to them and came to help, they were about to get an earful. Since I was not treated with the type of respect a new customer deserves I will service elsewhere and buy elsewhere. I was looking to trade up but not there. With the exception of Mr. Richey, the service department needs a major attitude adjustment.
