The service I received on this visit to your facility was awful. I walked up to what I'm assuming are expediters and was ignored.
When I finally did get to speak to someone he again did nothing, I was getting upset now when a gentleman did step forward to take my info. The worse part of my visit was when I went to see my service writer who was on the phone and did not pause to see if there was something I needed help with. General motors clearly has a problem with the rear leaf springs on 2015 GMC sierra four-wheel-drive trucks. The 6 inch lift kit that I installed has absolutely nothing to do with the noise being produced by my leaf springs. There are hundreds of posts online about this problem, and the springs on my truck would have made noise and needed replaced with or without a lift kit! General Motors needs to step up to the plate on this problem. I have been a loyal GM customer for decades. I have always loved my GM trucks, however I am very disappointed in General Motors!
