I had an appointment at 10:20. My vehicle wasn’t done until almost 12:30. No one came to check with me or update me. I had to ask at the desk. Almost everyone had left for lunch. I have never been dissatisfied with this dealership before. But today was very disappointing.

My appointment was at 10 o’clock for an oil change and tire rotation, I finally called after 2 o’clock giving you more than four hours to get back with me, and you just finished. Why take appointments if it’s going to take you half a day to complete an oil change? Very dissatisfied with the time spent, you apparently have no respect for my time. My car was there before 10 o’clock at my appointment time yet you could not complete your work in a timely fashion
