Our service manager did an excellent job communicating and making a timely repair. The only complaint I have is that the grease was not cleaned off the inside of my wheel. The right front wheel is full of grease and needs to be cleaned off.

Why was the issue with the brakes not identified a week or 2 ago when we had new tires installed and a front end alignment. This is the second time a brake issue was not brought to our attention. We could have gotten into a accident that seriously injured someone. Why say you have inspected the car and the brakes are fine when this is not the case. What else is not being identified during this so called inspection. We need to be able to trust our mechanic.
