My car leaked oil in my driveway after today’s service. It didn’t leak before. I have a road trip set for Wednesday and took it in for routine service before. I used your courtesy pick up and delivery to avoid waiting area. Now I have to take it back tomorrow to fix the leak. I’m not happy. Why didn’t you check it before returning the car?

I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation and alignment. Took the whole day but that was fine. Got my car back and there was a really weird noise underneath my car. No one mentioned that I needed new tires or anything about my tires wearing unevenly. Don't you recommend those things to the customer so they can get them fixed and pay your more money? It was apparently on my paperwork which was given to me along with my alignment paperwork and all the other info about my car. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know how to read those things. I didn't go through the invoice to look for anything recommended because I would have thought someone would have tried to sell me on anything my car needed. Then, made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 9am to check out the noise. I texted my rep around 2pm asking if they figured anything out about my car. He said they hadn't even gotten it back to the tech and probably wouldn't until the next day. What? Why make an appointment... Then, Thursday they didn't get to my car til the afternoon. Finally, they told me at 3pm I needed tires and they'd hopefully get them on by 6. Didn't happen. Friday came as well and at 4pm they finally texted and said my car was ready for pick up. I came Saturday because I didn't have a ride that late Friday afternoon. Took 3 whole days to realize I needed tires and to replace them. That is ridiculous. Also, Pete, the rep, told me my appointment was to just get me in line for a tech to look at my car and that they were 24-48 hours behind. Stop taking appointments for 1 whole day and catch up. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. Let's just say I did not enjoy my service experience one bit.

Mike was on vacation and Pete took over. Pete never called to say what was going on with the vehicle. Went to pick it up he wasn’t cordial. When got there was told it wasn’t ready and they had messed up the antenna and had to send it back out to be fixed. 2 days later picked it up and guess what... the tuner doesn’t work and the liner had a fastener come out and my dog was chewing it. I managed to get the fastener back it but it’s a bit chewed up. I will have to bring it back to have the tuner fixed after it was already there for 10 days and no one bothered to check it. This isn’t on Mike.... Mike is always on top of things. Pete didn’t even know what was going on with the vehicle when I arrived. At that point I had Lou do the follow up because I was a little mad at the situation.
