I was in a bad situation with a vendor that is used for bed covers. Evan Echols and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure this tough issue was addressed and remedied to my satisfaction. It's hard to find good people willing to do what is right in this day and age. I'm impressed by Mr. Echols and his comittmemt to customer satisfaction which is a lost art. It was not lost on me and you'd be wise to consider him for positions and a pay raise where he can have a positive influence on departments and staff that influence delighting the customers. He is a class act and I respect all he did.
