Completely disappointed! Started with our service advisor not calling the correct number to inform us our vehicle was ready to the technician doing a poor job and putting deep scratches around the taillights during installation/removal. What bothers me most is these scratches were not hard to miss but he signed off on the repair and left them for the vehicle owner to reach out to you guys now to get corrected.

I always feel the service is great. However today I heard some of the advisors (not Shane) using foul language and disrespectfully discussing the mask mandate. A little disturbing and I’m grateful I didn’t have my children with me.
