I came for an oil chsnge and recall that was calculated to require 35 mins. in addition to the oil change. The greeting assistant indicated 2 hours. No problem, I spent some time with my son and returned after the 2 hous but waited yet another 1.5 hours. I also have complained to Pete previously that each time of the past 6 oil changes, the technician has left spilled oil around the fill and dripped it over the shroud and headlight assembly. Each successive time I mentioned it to Pete or another representative but with the same outcome without fail. This trip was the same. I have to believe that if something as simple as wiping up spilled oil is left undone how can the difficult things be expected to be completed. It must not be too terrible because I keep coming back but it is an area that could be improved on. I do love my truck.
