Went in 3 different times for the same problem. Wasted multiple hours of my time (had to miss multiple hours of work). The first 2 times I had to go get a rental from Hertz and did not receive a truck which I needed for work). The third time I brought my truck in I finally got a truck. I have already had to replace my transmission a few months ago and this is a new truck (2023). Thinking I got sold a lemon. Very frustrating.
