Scott was great. I just felt Like it was overpriced. I took my truck in and got all three problems fixed for half the price. Also, They installed all AC Delco parts. What upset me the most, is the TCM is a very simple to change out, Less then 5 minutes to do and you wanted to charge me almost $1100.00 and the parts where less then $500.00 for O.E.M. that’s include the TCM to be flashed. NOX sensor less then $200.00 and 30 minutes to install. I understand that we are all in business to make money, but not like this. Thanks, but no thanks!

Raul is always the consummate professional that is why I have been taking my vehicles to him since 2005! If there is an award for customer service he should get it. I will also mention that Scott was also terrific when he helped me reschedule with Raul. The online system was not very good and I have had the same issue at the Autonation dealer for my Chevy Bolt. But believe me I will take every car I can to Raul at Henry Brown GMC. By the way Maria gave me a ride home and she was a sweetheart.
