I had 1 oil change. When I got home oil was on my garage floor. I took it because it had a defective oil filter. They submitted for that as my second oil change. Jail told me I had 3 oil changes. Actually only 2 plus the one with oil filter. He told me to call Gm. Only after an argument he looked it up and I was right.
