I had a after market XM radio put into my vehicle because GMC no longer offers it standard in the Sierra,now the channel change controls won't work. I now have to either go to another closer dealership or drive the hour back to Henry Brown to have the problem resolved. Very frustrating.
I am also not happy with how the after market XM radio operates. Not at all the same as previous ones I've had.
