Had an appt at 9am for an inspection on a 2015 GMC Acadia and was told it would be done within 30 min or so. Didn’t hear from anyone for 3.5 hours so we called and no one answered. Had to leave a message. Got a text 45 min later after leaving a message “vehicle ready to go” with no report. What’s the point of having an appt for a simple thing wasn’t even having work done on it just to have our vehicle sit there for almost 5 hours??? Then text “vehicle’s read” with no communication on why it took so long nor any information given about the inspection.
