Mike is the best service advisor I have ever had. I have owned Ford and Dodge vehicle’s before but I have never had a service advisor as caring and considerate as Mike. This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought from Blake Brown and as long as Mike is around, I am sure I will buy another vehicle next year. Sales and Service go hand in hand!

Everyone was professional and friendly. Very much appreciated the loaner truck as well, just needed the paperwork I signed showing a full tank to be corrected to the half tank it actually had, but I called Steven back and he assured me he would fix it on the paperwork. So as long as I'm not charged $5 a gallon for half a tank of fuel I'll be completely satisfied with my entire visit.

I have had 5 star service at Henry Brown GMC several times. Everyone was pleasant. Raul was very professional. Today was closer to a 3 star. Understand these are crazy times with Covid-19. Missed tire rotation (had to be reminded), recommended new air filter after replaced at last oil change at a dealer in CA. We travel the USA and have service at numerous average dealers....HB has been above average....not today :(.
