Work performed was good, but you had the vehicle 2.5 hours — to check to see if a prior oil change was leaking oil, and to change a backup tail light. Turns out that if during the oil change last week the service guy had wiped away oil that didn’t make it to the drip pan, I wouldn’t have had to drive all the way back to your dealer. Otherwise your service people are nice to work with.
