Suzie Kiger is our service advisor and she is awesome !!! Very responsive and great communication skills. The best part is Suzie has true compassion and shows interest in her work along with the customer and any issues they may have with needing service. Long ago I moved to Henry Brown for service, just went in to purchase a new vehicle. No reps available, then tried to schedule for basic service and was pushed to July 31st, a simple oil change was done today. But had to walk the parking lot to find my car, team just handed me the keys and said it was in the parking lot.

I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, waited a few minutes while they were having a conversation that didn’t have anything to do with work, then walked up to the receptionist that called them and they didn’t answer, she then directed me back to them, still having the conversation waited a little while longer and then was acknowledged. I will never go back again if I can help it the customer service was garbage.
