Raul is always awesome and once again met his high standard. However, I must voice some hesitation and concern over the dealership only having one mechanic doing diagnostic warranty work and thus my partially non-functioning moving step on the drivers side couldn’t be fixed and I’m on the eternal wait list to have it addressed. I was considering buying a new GMC Acadia Denali to replace my Acura but given the substantial delay in getting diagnostic warranty work done, will instead be getting another Acura.
