Mr.Shaffer traveled nearly 4 hours to service our new vehicle. He dealt with traffic delays including construction which can be frustrating at times. He showed up at my requested location while I was working with an outstanding attitude and friendly greeting. Most importantly in my opinion, his communication throughout the whole process from the day before, during his travels, arriving to the location and when his task was completed was outstanding! Way to go Darrell! I hope there is many like you in your trade.

The service people are impeccable. But where did the car wash go? The time to complete a service or repair compared to the time without my vehicle should be coordinated to wait instead of parking it and waiting days and then an Uber driver when prior HB GMC had a courtesy driver. I feel like I’m getting chipped away at.
