My wife and I can not say enough about how wonderful we are treated each time we bring in one of our two Buicks to Henry Browns Service Dept. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
Heidi Burn's is one of the reasons I use Henry Brown to service my vechicles. I am very appreciative of her level of customer services and willing to go the extra mile.

I recently picked up my 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 last week on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 after dropping it off on April 12, 2024 to the dealership for swooshing noises and knocking noises. For over a month of the dealership having my truck I was never contacted on what the issues were and I called on week three and my truck hasn’t even been looked at. I had to ask someone to explain to me what was wrong with the truck and what was repaired the day I picked it up. After driving it for under a week nothing was resolved on the noise issues I have. The truck still has swooshing, and knocking noises. I will be calling into the dealership to schedule to turn my truck back in for repairs and I will be needing a loaner vehicle again. I am very disappointed on how this was handled and lack of customer service and communication. It is an inconvenience having to reschedule to turn my truck back in for the same issues. I hope that when I do turn it back in it will not take a month to get it back.
