Heidi saved the day. Came in unscheduled with a problem on my brand new Yukon XL Denali. We were all loaded up and ready to leave on a long driving vacation. Heidi jumped right on the problem and had it in a mechanic’s hands within minutes. The problem was quickly identified and new parts were obtained and installed that fixed the serious issue.
