Only feedback is I thought it odd that the work was performed before either A. Confirming all covered under the extended warranty or B. Anything not covered under the warranty, the service advisor would have called first to ensure customer wanted to still have it fixed. Luckily, it was low cost out of pocket but what if the repair was thousands of dollars, I would have been on the hook for that?
