I am use to getting the best quality service on my fourth truck and fifth vehicle overall. When I left the Service Center this morning it looked like someone had placed a sheet of paper on the windshield and smeared around the edges with their finger and left that God awful mess on my windshield. Very unlike the Service I am used to at Henry Brown Buick GMC.

Heidi once again went Beyond the Call of Duty! I called her on my way to work because I was having problems with my remote key fob and my truck was acting like it had a poltergeist.
