I am was also appreciative of the timeframe it took to get work done . We had bought cars from Throbread and always had them serviced there until Earnhardt took it over. Blayne went to Buick GMC so we knew he was trustworthy so we had our vehicles serviced there . You are very fortunate you have a man like him working there .

Service was as expected. Just a lot longer waiting than expected for it tk be completed. Told 1.5-2 hours and ended up being just over 3 hours. Service advisor did offer to give ride home and back but I declined due to needing the truck to do errands. I made the waiting for vehicle when I booked the appointment. It seems like your system way overbooked the service department for the day as it took about 15 minutes to get checked in and there was a line of cars still waiting after me.
