Scott Usher is just the best service advisor, he's taken care of my car since 2018, always has a smile & answers all my questions. I have such peace of mind knowing Scott is there for me. I have always received good service with Henry Brown GMC, but I feel that my service has gone from good to excellent! The service and communication I received from Shane Terry was amazing from beginning to end. Tech # 481 did an awesome job replacing my radiator and hoses. The Hummer is not an easy fix when it comes to replacing a radiator. My Hummer is running great! I’m very happy. Shane Terry made sure all my current information was updated quickly, since both my email and address had changed. He followed through with the tech to answer my concerns. He kept our communication open in case I had any concerns. It was worth every penny. I won’t go anywhere else! I will make the trip from Surprise, as long as you have people like Shane and tech #481. Throughout the process, I was not notified with updates, whether via text or phone throughout the entire 30 day process. It was also very inconvenient to have to switch out rental cars days after I’ve had it additionally, and a safety inspection was done on my car yet a week later, my battery was critically low and died. as I explained before, I absolutely have had batteries tested before and was able to be told when it was in a critical status. Prior to sending my car to the GMC dealership. I had no issues whatsoever with batteries. No indication of an issue at all this is crazy because I actually really like your dealership but the Service department is sometimes inconsistent. It is quite an ordeal to go to your location since I’m 20 minutes away and the information I was provided today seemed rather nonchalant.

I appreciate the way Mike had our GMC Terrain Service and he asked if I wanted to bring my Denali Serviced as I had plan to bring it in Monday so I went home and came back and had my Denali Serviced. I find it very frustrating that I’ve had to bring my truck in three times for the same issue in the last month. I barely get any answers as to what was really going on and then get nickel and dime for every little thing with an oil change and topping off fluids, they road tested my vehicle for 90 miles and didn’t even bother to top off my gas which was a full tank when I brought it in three days ago. I had to pay even more money now and I have to fill up my own gas tank for the road testing that they had to do.
