Very disorganized, very slow (6 hours) for a regular maintenance visit. This is two times in a row with the same outcome.

Your representative Courtney was Less than pleasant and could tell she does not like what she’s doing. If it weren’t for the other people, I know it city who I truly like working with I would never bring my car there again based on my interactions with Courtney. Additionally, any representative in that department should be able to help a customer and it doesn’t seem like they want to. The first thing they ask is who is her representative and then transfer you to that person whether they are there or not. They don’t seem to want to help just based on being service oriented that’s a shame!
