I have to make another appointment for the same problem because that’s Fords rules/protocols and it’s an inconvenience. I got a rental car today to be told due to Fords protocols I get to make another appointment and get a rental car again as soon as my antifreeze drops below the marker line John drew on the reservoir. Even though, I’ve gone through a gallon of antifreeze sine fall of 2019. No, I am not satisfied with my service. Did John do his job, yes.

The check out lady is rude and the mechanic quoted me without including labor so there was a surprise $300 at checkout and the Lady was really rude about it when I was confused and asked for clarification. I’ve been coming here a while and honestly the last interaction makes me feel unwelcome, so I guess I’ll look for other service centers.
