I was very pleased with service; especially, him notifying we of another report I needed. Wish I had taken his advice on repair. Thought my husband could make repair since only involved changing a bulb. He couldn’t get the bulb out so needless to say I had to make another trip today for that repair. The repair was done efficiently and immediately which allowed me to do scheduled activities. I was very pleased with Earl on both of my repairs.
