Feeling extremely ripped off by your dealership but Courtney is a great service adviser. Every time I come in your techs try to gouge us with huge expenses. Just had **** replaced there a couple weeks ago and ever since there has been a rattle from rear and there are 3 loose screws sitting under trunk carpet that were not there before **** replacement. I have lost complete trust in Capital City Ford

Just something to consider.. I requested 4 new tires, 4 TPMS & an oil change. I had inquired about a quote for brakes. The first time Earl called was with a quote for the brakes. I declined at this time because I didn't know the cost of all the requested services. If I had had the cost of the requested services and the quote for the brakes, I may have decided to the brakes installed today as well.
