My service associate seemed grumpy like she didn't want to be there. In fact, I felt like she didn't want me to be there either. When I first arrived, with my truck on a flat bed tow truck, she suggested I take my truck to Inskeep because it sounded like a transmission problem. It was not a transmission problem after all, and for some unknown reason she ultimately discounted the labor by $10 an hour. Was this to make up for her initial missed assessment?
I made no complaints to her or anyone at any time to suggest the need for any discount.
That is, not until when I eventually spoke with the service manager, Mr. Braaten, at the service associate's behest, not mine. And despite our past interactions, I don't think Mr. Braaten recognized me at all. He accepted my feedback but didn't say much or do anything to make me want to continue bringing my truck here for service.
So, after all of that, I, like the service associate, don't think I want to be there, either.
Note: Drew was helpful in negotiating a ride via shuttle after the usual hours. And Terry, the driver, was terrific. As was the cashier.
