The over all charge was completely to much. When a charge is this much the customer should be told ahead of time. This was completely out of the ball park. This is going to make me shop around for now on instead of having complete trust in your service department. I don’t mine paying for what a man’s work, but this service was over charged.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, but I am appalled at the cost of two simple items. It's ridiculous that installing the trailer wiring kit cost $440 labor!!! I brought the parts. Same with the antenna. $240 and again, I brought the parts. The parts were purchased new on Ford Direct. Ridiculous.
