I brought my truck in under warranty and the steering wheel is making a noise when you turn it. I was told that they don’t know what the noise is or where it’s coming from. I feel they should be able to find the noise and fix it. That’s what a warranty is for right? They said they could barely hear the noise. My hearing is not the best and I can hear the noise plain as day.

I got there about 10:30 am and endup getting my suv about almost 3 pm I waited for it there and all the people that got there after me left before me until the end I was told they had a problem with my car when they were rotating my tires this is the third time something like this happen I continue coming back to you because I bought my suv there but I think this will be my last one because lately I continue having this problems specially with the times and everyone else there didn't have to wait that long I don't get the service free I also pay for the service
