I said three times my truck needed and oil change. I said it right before I left and the service guy didn’t write it down or update the information. I told him I have the ford pass and he just seemed like he didn’t care about anything I was saying. They had my truck for a reasonable amount of time. I took a whole day off work inconveniencing two people to come back to get my truck without the oil change. Then he says sorry without a care and said you can just bring it back another day and we will move you to the front and get you done. I value my time. So it was a bit irritating especially the way it was just a whatever kind of nonchalant attitude. Kind of like oh well just spend another 2 hours of your life for something that could’ve been handled if he would’ve have wrote it or just treated me the way he’d wanted to be treated.
He’s probably just not a morning person. Sure he’s a great guy. Just didn’t like the attitude especially after trusting the Ford name for the past 5 years with my money and time.
