Appreciated that I didn’t have to be there a long time. It was raining and I mentioned having an umbrella in my car. Mr. Dunn actually offered to walk me to my car with a borrowed umbrella.
I appreciated the offer but it had pretty much stopped raining so I declined.

Oil changed within 45 min, very happy about this. Requested wheel linkage play inspection, didn't see any notes about it. Noticed tread measures very far off (7/32 to 8/32), considering I track those myself (all actually 4/32). Makes me question the quality assurance integrity, like 15sec checking my linkage bushings.

Capital City is my favorite and only place that I will take my vehicle. No complaints except one. The service report where the mechanic marks what has been serviced the depth of the tires, and so forth was not filled out completely, for example the measurement of the tire treads was not on there, etc. I am planning on calling tomorrow about this. It happened last time with and I did not think to check it until way after the fact I looked at it for another reason. That means it is habitual and I must report this. I am sorry about this.
