My Ford Pass & your website were not very helpful. But the personal service from Cory & the rest of the staff is always great. Not everyone is computer savvy. Nice to see personal service.

Bad service
I bring my truck in for inspection and oil change
2 days later I called the service advisor he told me has oil leak so I Recommend to hold on in the oil change I agreed with that
When I show up to pick up my truck they did the oil change and the advisor wasn’t helpful we have to ask him for the inspection ticket we have to ask for the estimate to repair the truck.

Although the issue was fixed, and I got a nice discount, my main issue was communication.
On August 12th, I was told the part would be in the following Monday or Tuesday. Those days passed, with no notification. I reached out on the 20th, and was told it would be in on the 24th or 25th.
Again, that time passed, so I called again and left a message (on Sept 4th), asking what was happening. On the 7th I got my first callback, after almost 4 weeks of me chasing Capitol City. They told me my part was in. I asked how long the repair would take and they said about 4 hours.
I dropped off my car that night, so they could get to it first thing. On the 8th, I was working all day and lost track of time, but again, no calls. I called at 5:30, asking for an update, and very non-chantly was told "oh yeah, its done."
Of course the place closes at 6. So I hauled **** to get there before it closed, and luckily did.
The issue here was there was zero effort to keep me informed, to let me know when my part was in, when it was delayed, when my car repair was complete. It was very frustrating having to wait, with no information. No apologies for the delay, no apologies for not calling me sooner, no nothing.
