My car is constantly at the service department. I get it back and within a week or two sometimes 3 it's right back there. I've been dealing with this since November. For a 2019 I shouldn't have oil leaks, belt, tensioner, pulley, alternator issues. Now I'm taking it back again this evening because it's making a rattle noise when I'm backing up or idealing! Seems like everytime I get my car back there's another problem with it. I pay too much money a month for it to have these type of issues. Not satisfied at all.
Gayle is great with communication. Very prompt and polite. I always call ans specifically ask for her! Seems like the issues are coming from the mechanics side of it.
Hopefully this will be my last trip for awhile, but as history keeps repeating itself I'm doubtful.
