I must say with Jack it started with the “greeting” and even though I haven’t needed any service within months he still has always a a welcoming and contagious “hello, how are you Kathy good to see you”???? Always cheerful and yet knows how to be precise in the exact need.
Reynolds Buick has the best customer service yet and that shows it must start from the top!
