The key hole cover was never fixed on my car at all

My car was not fixed because they couldn't figure out what's wrong after having the car for a week. I also had to pay almost 400 dollars because they couldn't figure it out even though I was told by the service department that it did mess up a little when they was driving the vehicle, but because they couldn't figure it out, I was left the tow bill and left hoping the vehicle won't mess up again when I know it will because nothing was done.
