Had a great time, in and out real quick. Jimmy had great customer service and answered questions to all my concerns. Will definitely come back.

My vehicle was left on May 11. The part needed did not get ordered until May 26. 15 days!!! No loaner vehicle was available. I was quoted $400 and 4 weeks for the part. At 4 weeks I called, no one had an ETA. AT 5 weeks I called, was told the part had shipped from Mexico that morning. at 6 weeks I called, was told they had no idea when the part would arrive because the order still had not been processed in Mexico, a direct contradiction to what I was told the week before. I was given an order number and told to contact Customer Care, it was out of the service departments hands. I contacted Customer Care and was directed to deal with the dealership. The following day, I was called and told my car was ready…. But the price was not $400 as quoted but rather $650. My husband picked up the car and had no AC. even though the AC worked just fine when we brought it in. So the quoted price was $250 higher, the part didn’t get ordered for 15 days, I was given the run around about where the part was and when it would arrive, and after sitting at the dealership for 6 weeks I now had an additional, possibly costly issue with my vehicle. I have been a customer for more than 20 years and never had such poor service when it was Langan VW. I am extremely disappointed.

Tech said I need 4 tires. I asked to price them-same as what I have. $983 plus tax. Called around. Same thing- $593 out the door. Sounds sketchy. Also tech left a water bottle in my car .he can stop by my work today before 1 to pick it up. I’m on vacation after that .
