Oil change could of been a little faster than 3 hours but overall customer service was very good .

Shletha goldsmith was fine and was not the issue. It was the slow service by the mechanics which was unacceptable. When I was told by the greeter that’s it would be a total of an estimated 2 hrs and 30 mins. And until I inquired I was never approached by the greeter or anyone else informing me of the status of my vehicle. It was more than 3 hours till my car was even seen. And a total of about 4 hours and 30 mins of waiting for my car to be serviced. Interrupting my plans for the whole day due to the wait.

Although the wait to actually have the vehicle serviced was EXTREMELY long, Andrea did a GREAT job in helping me understand the issues going on and the process!! She also repeatedly checked in on me to let me understand that I wasn't forgotten. If not for HER service, I probably would've asked for my vehicle back and left from the EXTREMELY long wait!!!
